እንዳሳሰበው እየገለጸ ሙዚቃና ስነ-ጥበብ የህዝብ ድምፅ ናቸውና ከያኔዎች ሀሳባቸውን በነፃነት የማቅረብ
መብታቸው እንዲከበርላቸው ይጠይቃል።
